Amy Bento combines aerobic favorites with higher-intensity bootcamp and kickboxing moves. Its a non-stop fat-burner designed to keep you physically challenged. Each combo starts with familiar, large muscle-group moves like repeaters, jogs, jumping jacks and kick ball changes (often intensified with overhead arm motions). Thats followed by explosive bursts of bootcamp and kickboxing squat thrusts, jump lunges, side kicks and double front kicks. But no slowing down; then youre on to the next combo. Its all driven by Amys contagious energy and great pop-hits music (e.g. Buttons, Truly, Madly, Deeply and Go Your Own Way). Requires 3 to 5 lb. dumbbells.

Dan Barnes (Steve Austin) is a former pro boxer who retired after growing weary of his violent existence. Now a school janitor, Dan tries to help a new student, Matthew Miller (Daniel Magder), who is being targeted by bullies. While Matthew learns how to box and stand up to his tormentors, one of whom is the school boxing champ (Jaren Brandt Bartlett), Dans new found role as a teacher helps him come to terms with his tumultuous past.
