Kick uses traditional martial art training methods in a very fun doable format. It is challenging so be ready to sweat! You will have a modifier to help you out if you need to tone it down a bit but for those of you that like a tough workout...give it a try. You have 2 workouts to choose from or you can combine them. The 1st workout uses kicking drills and the 2nd is comprised of combinations that are original and will keep you moving.
