MacOSX : Maya 2012 Intel Incl. KeyGen [MacOSX]

Some Helpful Hints:
To perhaps save yourself some time if you already have Maya 2011:
The 2011 X-force KG works for 2012. Just dld the 2012 Trial from the Autodesk site and use the 2011 KG to register it.

For those who are having trouble running keygen as admin and getting this error:
"Not admin, wrong version or custom error"
Copy keygen "xf-adesk2011.app" from xf-adesk2011.dmg to your user directory
Open Terminal app
Type the following:
cd xf-adesk2011.app/Contents/MacOS
sudo ./x-force
Enter your user password and the keygen will popup and the Mem Patch will work.

You can also open a terminal and type "sudo root" without the quotes, enter your pass and you have admin rights.
Right-click on the XFORCE icon, and choose "show package contents" open the folder called MacOS and drag and drop the icon in the terminal, hit enter.... same results.
